Lake Louise
Joe captured the mouse! We let him go into the woods as we were leaving the campground. We continued our journey down highway 1A stopping at info spots along the way. We pulled off at a picnic area and there was an old road blocked off from vehicle traffic that we biked down. Once in Lake Louise we biked the Bow River loop. Very nice trail and neat river. We decided to head up to see Lake Louise an almost killed the Rv on the way up. We biked around up there a little but there were way too many people so we went down the hill a little ways to the Continental Divide. The continuation of highway 1A was right there, but apparenlty now closed to vehicles, so we road our bikes down it a little ways. When we were getting gas a lady parked her short bus too close to the gas pump. Upon driving away she busted the pump. Huh.
Too many people in Lake Louise, so we left and headed for Yoho National Park. We stayed at Monarch Campground and biked up Yoho Valley Road (safer than trying to take RV). We saw where two rivers that are different colors come together. Very neat. Coming down the hill was super fun! :)

Last Day in Dino Park
Today we stayed inside a lot again. Very hot. I did a lab tour and learned some about how they prepare the fossils for transport and what they do to display them in museums. Pretty neat. Joe found a dinosaur bone and reported it.
We left with the intent to head to Calgary and stay at a Walmart tonight, but Calgary was not very RV friendly. Very cramped feeling and the only Walmart we could find easily was in a mall and said no overnight parking. We decided just to leave. We ended up driving all the way to Banff and staying in Two-Jack Campground.

Dinosaur Provincial Park
We stopped at an awesome City Water park in medicine hat. It was only $6 admission!
Hot showers, rope swing, water slide, etc.. good fun. Afterwords we ventured off to the Dinosoar Park.
Jaw dropping terrain.. You drive through endless farmland, and then suddenly hit this!
we did a little hiking and saw some neat displays of dinosaur bones, still in the ground. We also saw an old quarry site.

Long drive to Regina
After 7 hours of driving we are now at Regina,SK. We would not normally drive so far, but it's all farmland, so nowhere to Boondock!.. Regina appears to be a nice city. We parked at a walmart and rode bikes alongside a town creek. Found internet at the first park bench we tried! how nice. We kept bicycling around the city parkland, found the city "Bird Sanctuary" and had fun looking at the Pelicans up close.
