Also used the fancy Gift of Iron roasting sticks for doughboys and smores. Mornings have been dipping below 40 degrees.. Starting to get worried about pipes freezing.. GOnna have to insulate this thing so we can run the thermostat at about 40degrees.. the furnace uses up LP way too fast to use more than a tiny bit. Also the choke has been failing more.. Gonna have to work on it in Kalispell.

We spent our last remaining Canada "Clearance" boondocked down a logging road. (N 49°19'24" W 115°12'28") We took a bike ride down an unmarked road towards a nearby lake. Ran into a Grampa and a couple grandkids. He invitied us to swim off of his dock, Had a good time. nice little spring-fed lake. Otherwise, we mostly "vegged".

Nice Lazy, Lazy day!
We drove a bunch, from Golden,BC down to Cranbrook,BC. We stopped and
lazed in the "Hot Springs" at Radium,BC it was busy, but HUGE, so there was plenty of room, it was just 2 giant outdoor swimming pools, one fed by hot springs below the building. another, just normal temp. An additional tiny pool was 56F water for "cooling off"
This SITE has an excellent picture.We slept at a Walmart parking lot in Cranbrook.

Fixed our Black smoke/Sticky Choke problem with a tristytie wire....
RV starts up Great now.. Not sure if I'm opening it too far now?? Or if it can even be open too far.. Oh well.. seems good. Stopped at Swift current's Walmart for the night. It's hard to drive the RV more than
several hours per day... Swift current is a small city, maybe 20k? But they have a nice trail system that links several different city parks together. One playground was awesome! A built in Mini Waterpark!!! Oh man..
to be a kid again! You press a button and water spurts out of a bunch of different places. TOnight we found our first job!!! The Safeway store charges 25cent deposits on it's cart... (if you've seen Terminal you get the picture!) Miranda thought it was corney, but we each found 2 carts to return in the parking lot, so we got 50 cents each!!! our first canadian currency!!!

Miranda wanted to see bison, So we headed towards Lake Audy. the 12 mile drive took over 2 hours!!! SO washboarded.. afraid we were ripping the camper apart.
Once there though, we saw some bison, Maybe about 20 across a field.
found a nice capsite by lake audey. Water was really weedy and dark, so no swimming... Miranda found much wildlife, and in the morning we drove the bison view drive again, this time with her on the roof of the camper!!!
